Job Purpose:

To lead and execute the organization’s media and communication efforts by producing high-quality visual content, including professional photography, video production, graphic design, and interviews. The role aims to enhance the organization’s visibility and engagement across digital platforms through creative and technically sound media outputs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Capture professional photography and videography of field activities, events, and interviews using DSLR/mirrorless cameras and mobile setups.

- Record and conduct video interviews with beneficiaries, staff, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity, framing, and sound quality.

- Edit and produce videos using advanced tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve, including cutting, transitions, subtitles, and sound mixing.

- Design visual materials for digital and print use (e.g., social media posts, brochures, banners, infographics) using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva Pro.

- Collaborate with the media and programs teams to ensure alignment with the organization’s visual identity and messaging.

- Prepare bilingual media content (Arabic and English) for publication across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, website).

- Organize and archive media files systematically using cloud storage and local backup tools.

- Propose and implement creative ideas to improve storytelling and audience engagement.

- Ensure all media outputs meet quality standards and are delivered within deadlines.

- Perform other media-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Media, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in photography, video production, and graphic design.

- Advanced proficiency in media software including:

- Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects

- DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Canva Pro, Lightroom

- Strong knowledge of lighting techniques, camera settings, shooting angles, and visual composition.

- Familiarity with audio recording tools and lapel/mic setups for interviews.

- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
