المسؤول المباشر: مدير المركز / مدير البرنامج

المسؤوليات والمهام:

·        الإشراف على العيادة التابعة (عيادة جوالة)

·        فحص زوار عيادة طب الأطفال.

·        تقديم الدعم الطبي للمرضى، سواءً من حيث العلاج أو الاستشارات.

·        الإشراف على عمل التمريض في عيادة طب الأطفال.

·        تعبئة جميع نماذج المنظمة المتعلقة بالمراجعين.

·        تلقي التدريب اللازم لإنجاز المشروع بكفاءة وجدية.

·        أي مهام أخرى تُطلب منه وتتعلق بالنشاط.

المؤهلات:

·        بكالوريوس في الطب (شهادة تخصص في طب الأطفال، أو أمراض النساء والتوليد للعيادات المتخصصة).

·        خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين.

·        إجادة استخدام الحاسوب وخبرة في قواعد بيانات وتطبيقات الرعاية الصحية.

·        مهارات التواصل الكتابي والشفهي.

·        القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل.

1.     The first clinic is located east of Hama and includes the following towns: Ma'an, Kawkab, Atshan, Talisiya, Al-Mukharram, Qasr Abu Samra, Douma, and Tayyibat al-Ism.

2.     The second clinic is located within the Ghab Plain and covers: Al-Ankawi, Al-Amqiyah, Qastoun, Al-Ziyara, Tell Wasit, Khirbet al-Naqous, Al-Huwaiz, and Al-Hawiya.

Post Type: Full-Time / Project Staff

Reports to: Center Manager / Program Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

The physician supports the provision of direct healthcare services to patients within the clinic, ensuring accurate diagnosis of medical conditions, development of appropriate treatment plans, and follow-up. They are also committed to the quality of care provided, adherence to medical protocols and organizational policies, and coordination with medical and nursing staff to guarantee the delivery of comprehensive and effective healthcare services.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Supervision of the related clinic. (Mobile Clinic)

·        Examination of visitors to the pediatric clinic.

·        Providing medical support to patients, whether in terms of treatment or consultations.

·        Supervising nursing work in the pediatric clinic.

·        Fill out all the organization’s forms related to auditors.

·        Receive the necessary training for the project to proceed efficiently and seriously.

·        Any other tasks requested from him related to the activity.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

·        Bachelor's degree in medicine (Specialty certificate in pediatrics, gynecology for the specialized clinics)

·        Experience of at least two years

·        Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications.

·        Written and verbal communication skills

·        Work under pressure.
