ملخص الوظيفة:

•             يتولى عامل النظافة مسؤولية الحفاظ على نظافة  المستوصف.

•             تنفيذ أعمال التنظيف اليومية والدورية وفق التعليمات المعتمدة ومعايير السلامة والوقاية من العدوى

•           استخدام مواد التنظيف والمطهرات بطريقة آمنة والالتزام بإجراءات الصحة والسلامة المهنية

 

المسؤوليات  والمهام:

 

 

1.         أعمال النظافة اليومية

•           تنظيف غرف المستوصف  والمكاتب والممرات والساحات والمرافق الخدمية المرتبطة بالموقع حسب جدول النظافة المعتمد

•           إزالة الغبار والأوساخ من المناطق المسموح بها مع تجنب لمس معدات سلسلة التبريد أو المواد الحساسة دون توجيه مباشر

•           جمع النفايات العامة والتخلص منها في الأماكن المخصصة وفق إجراءات الموقع

2.         السلامة والوقاية من العدوى

•           · استخدام معدات الحماية الشخصية ومواد التنظيف والمطهرات بطريقة صحيحة وآمنة

•           · المحافظة على نظافة المرافق الصحية ومناطق العمل والحرص على توفر مواد النظافة الأساسية

•           · الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة ومنع خلط النفايات العامة مع النفايات الطبية أو الحادة

 

 

المؤهلات:

المؤهل العلمي

•           التعليم الابتدائي كحد أدنى، ويفضل وجود معرفة أساسية بإجراءات النظافة والسلامة.

الخبرة

•           · خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في أعمال النظافة أو الخدمات العامة، ويفضل في المرافق الصحية أو المستودعات

•           · خبرة سابقة في العمل ضمن منظمات إنسانية أو صحية تعتبر ميزة إضافية

•           · معرفة أساسية بالتعامل الآمن مع مواد التنظيف والمطهرات

 

 

JOB TITLE: Cleaner

LOCATION: Syria – Hama – (Zayzun - Jerniyeh -Hawash and Kafr Nabutha PHC)

JOB TYPE: Full-Time / Project Staff

 

 

Scope of Responsibilities

•           The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the facility.

•           Carries out daily and periodic cleaning tasks according to approved instructions, safety standards, and infection prevention measures.

•           Uses cleaning materials and disinfectants safely and complies with occupational health and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1.         Daily Cleaning Tasks:

•           Clean the facility rooms, offices, corridors, yards, and service facilities related to the site according to the approved cleaning schedule.

•           Remove dust and dirt from permitted areas while avoiding contact with equipment or sensitive materials unless directly instructed.

•           Collect general waste and dispose of it in designated areas according to site procedures.

2.         Safety and Infection Prevention:

•           · Use personal protective equipment, cleaning materials, and disinfectants correctly and safely.

•           · Maintain cleanliness of sanitary facilities and work areas and monitor the availability of basic cleaning supplies.

•           · Follow safety procedures and avoid mixing general waste with medical or sharp waste.

 

 

Qualifications, Experience, and Attributes

Educational Qualification

•                  Primary education as a minimum; basic knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures is preferred.

Experience

•           · A minimum of 1 year of practical experience in cleaning or general services, preferably in health facilities or warehouses.

•           · Previous experience working with humanitarian or health organizations is an additional asset.

•           · Basic knowledge of safe handling of cleaning materials and disinfectants.
