MedGlobal is a global humanitarian non-profit organization providing medical and health education services to people in need, including refugees and displaced persons, in disaster and underserved regions. The organization is composed of medical and public health professionals of diverse backgrounds.
JOB SUMMARY
The main responsibility will be to provide care for newborns in incubators in the health facility.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Incubator technician has the following responsibilities and duties:
1. Care for newborns in incubators.
2. Monitor vital signs and intervene when necessary
3. Document the condition of infants and implement care plans.
4. Provide information and support to families.
5. Any other relevant tasks upon the request of the direct Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Should have the following skills, education, and experience:
1. Nursing institute, nursing school, or nursing college degree.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in humanitarian field
3. Experience in first aid and medical case management.
4. Ability to handle work pressure and collaborate within a team.
5. Familiarity with hospitals, medical centers, and available specialties within their working area.
