المسؤول المباشر: مدير المركز / مدير البرنامج

المسؤوليات والمهام:

• إجراء التقييمات الأولية والمتابعة، بما في ذلك قياس العلامات الحيوية (ضغط الدم، درجة الحرارة، النبض، معدل التنفس)، والوزن، والطول، وحدة البصر، وفقًا لبروتوكولات الرعاية الصحية المعتمدة في المراكز الصحية. (عيادة نقالة)
• جمع وتحضير العينات البيولوجية (مثل الدم، البول، البلغم) باتباع إجراءات الوقاية من العدوى ومكافحتها، والإرشادات المختبرية.
• الحفاظ على دقة وسرية وتوثيق سجلات المرضى، والشهادات الطبية، ونماذج التقارير في الوقت المناسب، بما يتوافق مع متطلبات المؤسسة والجهات المانحة.
• الالتزام ببروتوكولات الوقاية من العدوى ومكافحتها، والترويج لها، والمشاركة في أنشطة ضمان الجودة للحفاظ على أعلى معايير الرعاية.
• القيام بأي مهام أخرى متعلقة بالتمريض يكلف بها المشرفون لدعم تقديم الخدمات الصحية بما يتماشى مع أهداف المؤسسة.

المؤهلات:

• شهادة من معهد التمريض أو كلية التمريض أو كلية التمريض.
• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين.
• إجادة استخدام الحاسوب وخبرة في قواعد بيانات وتطبيقات الرعاية الصحية.
• مهارات التواصل الكتابي والشفهي.
• القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل.

منظمة UITYD هي منظمة طبية محلية غير ربحية تشارك في تمويلها ميدجلوبال (MedGlobal) وجهات مانحة متعددة؛ تأسست وسجلت في تركيا عام 2020، وتعمل على الخطوط الأمامية للإغاثة من الأزمات في سوريا وتركيا لتخفيف المعاناة وإنقاذ الأرواح. تقدم المنظمة الخدمات الصحية وتعيد بناء الرعاية الصحية للمحتاجين، وتدعم الأطباء والكوادر الطبية من خلال تقديم تدريبات مهنية وتعليمية، وتوفر الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية للمستشفيات والعائلات الضعيفة، بما في ذلك اللاجئين والنازحين في المناطق المتضررة والمحرومة. تقدم مساعداتها بناءً على الحاجة، بغض النظر عن العرق، الدين، الجنس، أو الانتماء السياسي. تتكون UITYD من متطوعين في المجال الطبي والصحة العامة من خلفيات متنوعة.

Job Title: Nurse - Mobile Clinics

Department: Program

Location: Hama – Mobile Clinics

1.     The first clinic is located east of Hama and includes the following towns: Ma'an, Kawkab, Atshan, Talisiya, Al-Mukharram, Qasr Abu Samra, Douma, and Tayyibat al-Ism.

2.     The second clinic is located within the Ghab Plain and covers: Al-Ankawi, Al-Amqiyah, Qastoun, Al-Ziyara, Tell Wasit, Khirbet al-Naqous, Al-Huwaiz, and Al-Hawiya.

Post Type: Full-Time / Project Staff

Reports to: Center Manager / Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

·        Perform initial and follow-up assessments including measurement of vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiratory rate), weight, height, and visual acuity in line with health protocols. (Mobile Clinic)

·        Collect and prepare biological samples (e.g., blood, urine, sputum) following proper infection prevention and control measures and laboratory guidelines.

·        Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation of patient records, medical certificates, and reporting forms in line with institutional and donor requirements.

·        Adhere to and promote infection prevention and control protocols, and participate in quality assurance activities to maintain high standards of care.

·        Carry out any other nursing-related tasks assigned by supervisors to support health service delivery in line with organizational goals.

Qualifications, Experience, and Attributes:

·        Nursing institute, nursing school, or nursing college degree.

·        Experience of at least two years.

·        Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications.

·        Written and verbal communication skills.

·        Work under pressure.

Scope of Responsibilities: The nurse supports the provision of direct nursing care to patients within the clinic, ensuring their comfort and safety, by implementing prescribed treatment plans and continuously monitoring their health. This includes measuring vital signs, administering treatments and nursing procedures, and educating patients about healthcare. The nurse also adheres to infection control protocols and quality standards, and coordinates with the medical team to ensure the delivery of comprehensive and effective healthcare services.
