JOB SUMMARY
Admin worker will provide administrative, logistical, and communication support to ensure smooth implementation of training activities and project tasks in Homs. The role includes data entry, documentation, and coordination with trainers, participants, and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities cover procurement support and other logistical duties as assigned by the line manager.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Admin daily worker has the following responsibilities and duties:

1.   Assist in coordinating and organizing training activities as required.
2.   Communicate with trainers, participants, and stakeholders, and follow up as needed.
3.   Enter data related to attendance, evaluations, and training outcomes.
4.   Support procurement and documentation tasks, both paper and electronic (e.g., collecting invoices, signatures, receipts, and preparing files).
5.   Perform logistical tasks as assigned by the line manager.
6.   Carry out other tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Should have the following skills, education, and experience:
1.   Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.).
2.   Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3.   Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
4.   Ability to perform logistical tasks efficiently.
5.   Flexible and adaptable to various tasks and work conditions. 6.   Commitment to completing tasks on time.
