Job location: Syria ( Idlib - Sarmada )

Report to: Finance Manager

Work Style : Full Time

 

JOB SUMMARY

The Finance Officer is responsible for following up on the daily and monthly financial transactions, checking all the

documents of the procurement HR before making the transactions, and reprisal the documents of the financial reports

according to the policies MG and the donors.

 

The Finance Officer has the following responsibilities and duties:

 

1.      Bids attendance based on the organization’s policies.

2.      Key the data on officially accounting system.

3.      Documentation all supporting documents hard copies and soft copies with registering them at tracker system

4.      Participation in the process of organizing and paying monthly salaries to employees.

5.      Checks and follows all documents received and confirm complied with organization policies.

6.      Execute the vendors payments and received the bonds amounts.

7.      Preparing the cash request from HQ within official procedures.

8.      Participation in cash distributions for projects.

9.      Other related work that the line manager may request

 

Requirements and Skills:

The Finance Officer should have the following skills, education, and experience:

 

1.     Education : Bachelor’s or institute Degree in business administration, or Economics or related fields.

2.     Two years of progressive professional experience

3.     Good level in English, and Arabic.

4.     Desirable: MBA or master’s degree in business administration , or related fields.

5.     High communication skills
