نطاق المسؤولية:  

•       ضمان سلامة الموقع ومنع الدخول غير المصرح به، والمحافظة على أمن اللقاحات والمستلزمات والمعدات ذات العلاقة بسلسلة التبريد.

•       مراقبة حركة الدخول والخروج للأشخاص والمركبات والمواد وفق التعليمات والإجراءات المعتمدة.

•       الالتزام بتعليمات السلامة والأمن ومدونة السلوك وسياسات المنظمة أثناء تنفيذ المهام.

المسؤوليات  والمهام:

•       الحماية ومراقبة الموقع:

•       منع دخول الأشخاص غير المصرح لهم والتأكد من تسجيل الزوار أو العاملين حسب الإجراءات المعتمدة.

•       مراقبة الأبواب والمداخل والمخارج والتأكد من إغلاقها وتأمينها بشكل مناسب.

•       مراقبة الحركة والإبلاغ:

•       متابعة حركة دخول وخروج المواد والمعدات والمركبات وإبلاغ مدير المركز بأي حركة غير طبيعية.

•       الإبلاغ الفوري عن أي حادث أمني أو محاولة دخول غير مصرح بها أو تلف أو خطر على الموقع.

المؤهلات:

•       شهادة تعليم أساسي أو ثانوي - أو ما يعادلها - ويفضل وجود تدريب أو معرفة أساسية بإجراءات الأمن والسلامة.

•       الخبرة

•       خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في مجال الحراسة أو الأمن أو حماية المرافق.

•       خبرة سابقة في حراسة المستودعات أو المرافق الصحية أو مخازن اللقاح تعتبر ميزة.

•       خبرة في العمل مع المنظمات الإنسانية أو الصحية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

 


 

Job Title: Guard  

Job location: Syria – Homs (Tal Elnaqa, Nizariyeh, Upper Makhrim, Jeb Ej-Jarrah)

Reports to: Medical Administrator

 

 

JOB SUMMARY

• Ensures site safety and prevents unauthorized access, while protecting, supplies, and equipment related to the PHC

• Monitors the movement of people, vehicles, and materials in accordance with approved procedures and instructions.

• Complies with safety and security instructions, the code of conduct, and organizational policies while performing duties.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor the facility and its surrounding during assigned working hours or shifts.

• Prevent unauthorized entry and ensure visitors or staff are registered according to approved procedures.

• Monitor doors, entrances, and exits and ensure they are properly closed and secured.

Movement Monitoring and Reporting:

• Follow up movement of materials, equipment, and vehicles and report any unusual activity to the management.

• Immediately report any security incident, unauthorized access attempt, damage, or risk affecting the site.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Basic or secondary education—or equivalent; basic training or knowledge in safety and security procedures is preferred.

Experience

• A minimum of 1 year of practical experience in guarding, security, or facility protection.

• Previous experience guarding warehouses, health facilities, or vaccine stores is an asset.

• Experience working with humanitarian or health organizations is an additional asset..
