Job Title: Guards

Job location: Syria – Lattakia) Qastal Maaf - Ras AlBaseet - AlAedeen - Rabiea, Kansaba, Qasatel Halab

Reports to: Facility Administrator

 

 

JOB SUMMARY

·        Ensures site safety and prevents unauthorized access, while protecting supplies, and equipment related to the PHC

·        Monitors the movement of people, vehicles, and materials in accordance with approved procedures and instructions.

·        Complies with safety and security instructions, the code of conduct, and organizational policies while performing duties.

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·        Monitor the facility and its surroundings during assigned working hours or shifts.

·        Prevent unauthorized entry and ensure visitors or staff are registered according to approved procedures.

·        Monitor doors, entrances, and exits and ensure they are properly closed and secured.

·        Movement Monitoring and Reporting:

·        Follow up movement of materials, equipment, and vehicles and report any unusual activity to the management.

·        Immediately report any security incident, unauthorized access attempt, damage, or risk affecting the site.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

 

Should have the following skills, education, and experience:

·        Basic or secondary education—or equivalent; basic training or knowledge in safety and security procedures is preferred.

·        A minimum of 1 year of practical experience in guarding, security, or facility protection.

·        Previous experience guarding warehouses, health facilities, or vaccine stores is an asset.

·        Experience working with humanitarian or health organizations is an additional asset..
