ملخص الوظيفة:

تشمل الخدمات تنفيذ أعمال التركيب والتشغيل والصيانة الوقائية والصيانة التصحيحية الاستجابة لأعطال الطارئة لجميع المعدات ذات الصلة بسلسلة التبريد، بما يضمن تحقيق ما يلي:

•             الحفاظ على فعالية اللقاحات وجودتها من خلال ضمان استقرار درجات الحرارة ضمن النطاقات الموصى بها.

•             تقليل فترات تعطل المعدات والحد من خسائر اللقاحات.

•             تعزيز استدامة عمل البنية التحتية لسلسلة التبريد.

•             تحسين كفاءة تشغيل المعدات الأنظمة التقنية في المنشآت الصحية.

•             دعم القدرات الفنية المحلية للعاملين في القطاع الصحي في مجالات التشغيل والصيانة.

المسؤوليات والواجبات:

1.            التركيب والتشغيل:

•             استلام المعدات الجديدة والتأكد من سلامتها.

•             تركيب المعدات وفق المواصفات الفنية المعتمدة.

•             تنفيذ أعمال التوصيلات الكهربائية والميكانيكية اللازمة.

2.         التشغيل والمراقبة:

•             مراقبة األداء التشغيلي للمعدات بشكل مستمر.

•             التحقق من استقرار مصادر الطاقة.

•             متابعة درجات الحرارة داخل معدات سلسلة التبريد.

3.         الصيانة:

•             تنفيذ جداول الصيانة الدورية المعتمدة

•             استبدال القطع التالفة بقطع معتمدة.

•             إعادة تشغيل المعدات بعد الإصلاح

يجب أن يتم الاستجابة للأعطال خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 24 ساعة من الإبلاغ عنها.

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:

المؤهل العلمي

شهادة معهد أو بكالوريوس -أو ما يعادلها- في أحد التخصصات التالية:

•             الهندسة الكهربائية

•             الهندسة الميكانيكية

•             التبريد والتكييف

•             الهندسة الصناعية

•             هندسة الميكاترونيكس

الخبرة

•             خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال التشغيل والصيانة.

•             خبرة في أنظمة التبريد أو أنظمة الطاقة.

المهارات التقنية

•             قراءة المخططات الكهربائية والميكانيكية.

•             استخدام أجهزة القياس الفنية وأدوات التشخيص.

•             التعامل مع أنظمة الطاقة الشمسية ومكوناتها.

Job Title: Operations &Maintenance Team Engineer

Job location: Syria (Latakia, Tartous, Aleppo, Raqqa, Hasaka, Deir Ezzor)

Report to: Programs Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY

The services include carrying out installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance works in response to emergency breakdowns for all equipment related to the cold chain, in a manner that ensures the following:

•             Preserving the effectiveness and quality of vaccines by ensuring temperature stability within the recommended ranges.

•             Reducing equipment downtime and minimizing vaccine losses.

•             Enhancing the sustainability of the cold chain infrastructure operation.

•             Improving the operational efficiency of equipment and technical systems in health facilities.

•             Supporting local technical capacities of health sector staff in the fields of operation and maintenance.

Responsibilities and duties:

1.            Installation and commissioning:

•             Receiving new equipment and ensuring it is free of damage or defects.

•             Installing equipment in accordance with approved technical specifications.

•             Carrying out the required electrical and mechanical connections.

2.            Operation and monitoring:

•             Continuously monitoring the operational performance of the equipment.

•             Verifying the stability and reliability of power sources.

•             Following up on temperature levels inside cold chain equipment.

3.            Maintenance:

•             Implementing approved preventive maintenance schedules.

•             Replacing damaged parts with approved spare parts.

•             Restarting and testing equipment after repair.

Response to breakdowns must take place within a period not exceeding 24 hours from the time they are reported.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Educational qualification

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree – or equivalent – in one of the following specializations:

•             Electrical engineering

•             Mechanical engineering

•             Refrigeration and air conditioning

•             Industrial engineering

•             Mechatronics engineering

Experience

•             Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the field of operation and maintenance.

•             Experience in refrigeration systems or power/energy systems.

Technical skills

•             Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.

•             Ability to use technical measuring devices and diagnostic tools.

•             Ability to work with solar energy systems and their components.
