نطاق المسؤولية:

يدعم منسق المشروع تخطيط المشاريع وتنفيذها ومتابعتها لضمان تسليمها في الوقت المحدد، وجودة مخرجاتها، والامتثال لمتطلبات المنظمة والجهات المانحة. ويتضمن دوره التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية والشركاء وأصحاب المصلحة لتيسير تنفيذ المشاريع بكفاءة.

المسؤوليات والمهام:

·        المساعدة في وضع خطط العمل والجداول الزمنية والميزانيات الخاصة بالمشروع.

·        تنسيق أنشطة المشروع اليومية لضمان توافقها مع الأهداف.

·        دعم التنفيذ في الوقت المحدد لمخرجات المشروع ومراحله الرئيسية.

·        العمل كحلقة وصل للتواصل بين الفرق والشركاء وأصحاب المصلحة.

·        تنظيم الاجتماعات وورش العمل وفعاليات التنسيق.

·        إعداد محاضر الاجتماعات ونقاط العمل ومتابعة الالتزامات.

·        دعم تتبع الميزانية ومراقبة الإنفاق.

·        المساعدة في إعداد التوقعات والتقارير المالية.

المؤهلات التعليمية والخبرة والمهارات:

·        شهادة جامعية في الطب، أو الصيدلة، أو معهد في العلوم الطبية، أو مجال ذي صلة.

·        خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين إلى خمس سنوات في تنفيذ المشاريع.

·        تُعدّ الخبرة في العمل مع المنظمات غير الحكومية، أو وكالات الأمم المتحدة، أو المنظمات الدولية ميزة إضافية.

·        مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت ممتازة.

·        مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفوية ممتازة.

·        القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.

نبذة عن منظمة UITYD

منظمة UITYD هي منظمة طبية محلية غير ربحية تشارك في تمويلها ميدجلوبال (MedGlobal) وجهات مانحة متعددة؛ تأسست وسجلت في تركيا عام 2020، وتعمل على الخطوط الأمامية للإغاثة من الأزمات في سوريا وتركيا لتخفيف المعاناة وإنقاذ الأرواح. تقدم المنظمة الخدمات الصحية وتعيد بناء الرعاية الصحية للمحتاجين، وتدعم الأطباء والكوادر الطبية من خلال تقديم تدريبات مهنية وتعليمية، وتوفر الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية للمستشفيات والعائلات الضعيفة، بما في ذلك اللاجئين والنازحين في المناطق المتضررة والمحرومة. تقدم مساعداتها بناءً على الحاجة، بغض النظر عن العرق، الدين، الجنس، أو الانتماء السياسي. تتكون UITYD من متطوعين في المجال الطبي والصحة العامة من خلفيات متنوعة.

Job Title :Project coordinator

Reports to: Country Program Coordinator

Scope of responsibilities: The Field Project Coordinator supports the planning, implementation, and monitoring of projects to ensure timely delivery, quality outputs, and compliance with organizational and donor requirements. The role involves coordination with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to facilitate efficient project execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities and duties:

·        Assist in the development of project work plans, timelines, and budgets.

·        Coordinate day-to-day project activities to ensure alignment with objectives.

·        Support timely implementation of project deliverables and milestones.

·        Serve as a focal point for communication between teams, partners, and stakeholders.

·        Organize meetings, workshops, and coordination events.

·        Prepare minutes, action points, and follow-up on commitments.

·        Support budget tracking and expenditure monitoring.

·        Assist in preparing financial forecasts and reports.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES:

·        A degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, institute in medical science, or a related field.

·        Minimum [2–5] years of relevant experience in project implementation.

·        Experience working with NGOs, UN agencies, or international organizations is an asset.

·        Strong organizational and time management skills.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·        Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

UITYD is a local medical non-profit organization Co-funded by Med Global and multiple donors; it registered in Turkey in the year 2020, working on the front lines of crisis relief in Syria and Turkey to alleviate suffering and save lives, It provides health services and rebuilding healthcare to people in need and supports doctors and medical professionals by provides professional and educational pieces of training to physicians, and delivers medicine and medical supplies to hospitals and vulnerable families, including refugees and displaced persons, in disaster and underserved regions and offers assistance to people based on need, irrespective of race, religion, gender, or political affiliation, UITYD is composed of medical and public health volunteers of diverse backgrounds.
