:المسؤول المباشر: مدير المركز / مدير البرنامج

نطاق المسؤولية: تدعم القابلة تقديم خدمات الرعاية الصحية للأمهات والحوامل قبل وأثناء وبعد الولادة، بما يضمن سلامتهن وسلامة المواليد. تقوم بمتابعة حالات الحمل الطبيعية، وتقديم الرعاية أثناء المخاض والولادة، ومراقبة الحالة الصحية للأم والطفل، بالإضافة إلى تقديم الإرشادات الصحية والتوعية المتعلقة بالحمل والرضاعة. كما تلتزم بتطبيق البروتوكولات الطبية ومعايير الجودة، والتنسيق مع الفريق الطبي لضمان تقديم رعاية متكاملة وآمنة.

المسؤوليات والمهام:

·        تقديم رعاية شاملة للنساء الحوامل قبل الولادة وبعدها وفقًا للإرشادات السريرية. (عيادة نقالة)

·        تقديم خدمات واستشارات تنظيم الأسرة.

·        حفظ سجلات المرضى بدقة وتقديم التقارير في الوقت المحدد.

·        عقد جلسات تثقيف صحي للنساء والأسر والمجتمعات المحلية حول صحة الأم والوليد والطفل.

·        ضمان الالتزام التام بإجراءات الوقاية من العدوى ومكافحتها.

المؤهلات:

·        دبلوم أو درجة بكالوريوس في القبالة أو التمريض مع رخصة/شهادة قبالة سارية المفعول.

·        خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين.

·        إجادة استخدام الحاسوب وخبرة في قواعد بيانات وتطبيقات الرعاية الصحية.

·        مهارات التواصل الكتابي والشفهي.

·        القدرة على تحمل ضغط العمل.

Job Title: Mobile Clinics Midwife

Department: Program

Location: Hama - Mobile Clinics

1.     The first clinic is located east of Hama and includes the following towns: Ma'an, Kawkab, Atshan, Talisiya, Al-Mukharram, Qasr Abu Samra, Douma, and Tayyibat al-Ism.

2.     The second clinic is located within the Ghab Plain and covers: Al-Ankawi, Al-Amqiyah, Qastoun, Al-Ziyara, Tell Wasit, Khirbet al-Naqous, Al-Huwaiz, and Al-Hawiya.

Post Type: Full-Time / Project Staff

Reports to: Center Manager / Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

·        Provide comprehensive prenatal and postnatal care for pregnant women in accordance with clinical guidelines. (Mobile Clinic)

·        Provide family planning services and consultations.

·        Maintain accurate patient records and submit reports on time.

·        Conduct health education sessions for women, families, and local communities on maternal, newborn, and child health.

·        Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention and control procedures.

Qualifications, Experience, and Attributes:

·        Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Midwifery or Nursing with a valid midwifery license/certificate.

·        Minimum of two years of experience.

·        Proficiency in computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·        Ability to work under pressure.

Scope of Responsibilities: Midwives support the provision of healthcare services to mothers and pregnant women before, during, and after childbirth, ensuring their safety and the safety of their newborns. They monitor normal pregnancies, provide care during labor and delivery, and track the health of both mother and child. They also offer health guidance and education related to pregnancy and breastfeeding. Furthermore, they adhere to medical protocols and quality standards, and coordinate with the medical team to ensure the delivery of comprehensive and safe care.
